简洁现代的装修风格蕴含在典雅古朴的木制纹理中，甚有贯穿过去与未来的即视感。环顾室内，连接贯通各个空间的书架般的木结构，使人产生仿佛置身图书馆的错觉——一本书，一品茗，一丝情。书架结构内多样的灯光分布更是增添了空间的灵动感，指尖滑过本本书籍，心灵漫游文艺世界。眺望室外，摩登炫彩的魔都映入眼帘，高楼对接天际，展示着都市生活的酸甜苦辣。

悬挂于天花板的布面灯饰，摆放在木桌上的鹅卵照明，灰黑圆润的陶瓷，木质年轮的卧室墙面。种种装饰细节无不体现着家居的惬意感，居者似乎沐浴在日月之光下，感受着自然的恬静安详。

这是一个能使心灵沉淀的居所，在静思阅读中感受禅意的圆满。正如摆设在客厅的圆相，日本艺术家村上隆画笔下的圆，在其经典的银白骷髅头背景的衬托下，圣洁圆满，别具一格。现代画作呈现出古老禅意，传统和革新碰撞出绚丽火花。原来过去与现在以及未来，从来都不是水火不容的，它们紧密相连，互相渗透。身处当代快节奏的纷繁世界，更加需要守护澄澈宁静的心灵净土。

The home should be the place where we feel the most calm and peaceful, and which better style could promote these feelings of serenity than a zen inspired space like the apartment here?

The apartment represents the zen concept in modern interior design. It’s the combination of tradition and modernism, art and life. The wooden structure reflected by mild and soft lights creates a natural as well as comfortable living atmosphere. Walking through the open spaces in the apartment, the flow of nature can be sensed and even touched, inner harmony roots itself deeply into the soul of human beings.

The house concept concentrates itself ingeniously in the artwork placed at the living room, a painting by Murakami Takashi from his“Ensō”series, which represent another epiphany for the artist, resulting from quiet and ongoing spiritual practice. The Ensō is the prerequisite to every act of creation, a moment when the mind is free to let the body create. Traditionally traced with a brush in one fluid and highly mastered stroke, the circle does not allow for a change of heart. Murakami executes the Ensō in his unique style, using spray paint over his signature accumulations of flowers and skulls. The Ensō is a true homage to Japanese tradition, a return to a more unfettered minimalist practice – the result of a complex artistic and spiritual path.
